Let your child CONQUER THE KITCHEN

Let the magic happen

I offer workshops for public institutions like schools and daycare or private groups.
We are going to talk about nutrition in general, having fun making up a plan and creating something tasty and healthy.
All recipes are eggfree, diaryfree, sugarfree, glutenfree, cornfree, MSGfree and so delicious.

BUILDING HEALTHY ROUTINES

Kids love to help. And they love to make the same things we adults do. So take this momentum and let your child help you preparing food in the kitchen.

We have to trust in their skills and by creating meals together children are motivated in doing more of that because their selfesteem grows and they feel worthy.
Kids learn how to provide the body with the right nutrition to have the energy they need everyday. And getting to know the best taste of real food makes fun.

Everything a child is creating on it`s own, tastes a hundred times better. And it`s more likely that this food is desired again.

CONNECT

Kids like to snack. They are active little humans and hungry all the time because they are growing and their brain has to learn a lot. Growing and learning needs the best fuel.
We have to make sure that we offer them whole foods to choose of and showing them the best combinations to support their body.

We crave for things we see everyday.
So take care of what you bring into your home.

The goal is to make the moST of the meals your child already likes.
We are social beings and live that connection in different ways.
Food is one of them and it's all about feeling like we belong to a group.
Let your child be a part of that and with small adjustments we can bring better options to our eating habits.

With children it's about finding a good balance in our daily choices.
by that we are creating the fundament of their connection with food.

I LOVE to share MY PASSION for Whole Foods with children
by Lettting them dive deep into all the flavors nature offer us.

AND We AS A PARENT may change our perspective on HOw a meal has to look like.
