MY STORY
I discovered my love for vegetables & herbs when my husband found a self-harvesting field,
we tilled it for 3 years and were largely self-sufficient in the summer.
When our first child was born in 2012, the topic of food became more and more important as
you ask yourself new questions about nutrition when you have a baby.
The kitchen was where I liked to hang out and try new things.
Four years ago, I switched to a plant-based diet, because
I had been struggling with many symptoms in the years before.
The symptoms came on gradually and I ignored them for a long time.
After the birth of our second child, my health problems
intensified and they could no longer be denied.
For a long time I thought all my ailments were normal as a mom of two small children.
I was far from living a good life, even if it looked that way on the outside.
I did everything I could to live a picture-perfect life.
Stress was my biggest driver.
Without knowing, the constant release of adrenaline significantly worsened
the course of my disease.

In 2016, I started seeing different doctors and therapists because I was constantly suffering from sinusitis, chronic fatigue, joint pain, angina, hair loss, acne, gastritis and mood swings. I underwent ozone therapies, intravenous gelat therapy, and was prescribed various physical treatments.
In 2018, due to nodules in my thyroid gland, I ended up seeing a therapist who recommended the book
"Heal Your Thyroid" by Anthony William.
After reading a few pages, I knew immediately that this information could help me. I felt the truth in the words but at the same time I felt unsettled because I had to question everything I learned from conventional medicine, even though it had not been able to help me over the years. Slowly I opened up for the information about the triggers of chronic diseases and how to heal the cause.
I realized that all the illnesses I had in my early childhood and adolescence were related to each other and getting to know the root causes brought relieve and peace. I felt empowered to make the change by myself.
I was a cry baby who had trouble eating and was plagued by digestive problems.
My childhood and adolescence were marked by many illnesses and antibiotic therapies.
Later I had to fight with EBV, Streptococcus as well as HPV and their after-effects.
With all the knowledge from the books, I wanted to give it a try and wished for the healing I had seen in so many people. I therefore began to incorporate some protocols into my daily routine. It took me another year to read some of the other books like "Heal Your Liver" or "Cleanse to Heal" to really understand all the connections of why I was sick so much.
I have been using the protocols for myself since 2020 and have been able to heal my chronic fatigue, physical weakness, severe joint pain, constipation, mood swings, sinus infections, acne, and my overworked nervous system - just to name a few.
After cleansing my body, I now know what a healthy body feels like and what health really means. Since the beginning of 2022, I feel more energetic, clear in my thoughts, and healthy as never before in my life.
I feel better in my 40ies than I did with 20.
It is possible to start this healing journey alone by means of the books. However, if you have a chronic illness, it can be helpful and save valuable life time to see a practicioner incoporating the Anthony William tools, as long as you resonate with this method.
As a mother, it is essential that we take care of ourselves so that we can take care of our loved ones.
"Keep your cup full" - by finding your personal way to do this and doing it regularly.
Be selfish in a positive sense by taking time for your needs - this is the only way we can give the best to our families. No one will thank you later for sacrificing without being asked. Make sure you are in the best frequency with yourself.
When you have that harmony within you, you can truly step into a loving frequency with others.
